BRAMBLE COCKTAIL
Preparation:
Freeze Highball or Double Old Fashion glass
Make Simple Syrup: 1 part sugar :: 2 parts water
Can be made with crushed ice cubed ice
Prepare blackberry and lemon wheel garnish
Squeeze fresh lemon juice
Add to shaker per each drink:
¼ oz. of above-mentioned simple syrup
¾ oz. fresh lemon juice
1 ½ oz. gin (Beefeater Red Label is a good choice)
Ice for shaking.
Shake for 15 seconds
Double strain into the frozen, ice filled glass
Float ¾ oz. Giffard Crème de Mure over top of the ice
Add straws
Flag with blackberries and a lemon wheel

Great product but does take a while to get to where it’s going

Prefer to their other Cask strength.
I guess the French Oak is the key.

Have never seen a bottle on our west coast. All over other parts of the country. You guys have a super cool store. Will be back.

Great sipping tequila, goes well just with ice or neat cold out of the fridge. Can't beat the price for such a well-put-together tequila. I will keep buying this one. Cheers to Bandero!

Blackened American Whiskey 50ml

Rich, Round and complex. The aroma opens with caramelized tree fruits- apples, pears and a hint of fig.

Have sampled 3 bottles and just ordered my 4th. Have mixed Axia with tonic water and a twist of line, with a bloody mary mix, celery, olives and a strip of thick sliced bacon on a wooden stick and just straight on the rocks. Each one has a little mystical action of it's own. Give Axia a shot (no pun intended). Corky

Drinks with the likes of Moet and Veuve. Definitely worth a try.

I tried Axia for the first time last week and it was amazing. I made the drinks with tonic water and lime, a most try!
