Kilchoman's annual Loch Gorm single malt, which sees the Islay distillery's whisky matured in oloroso sherry casks. This year, Kilchomah has drawn spirit from 20 oloroso sherry butts, resulting in big helpings of dark chocolate and fruit, blending well with the peat smoke at its core.
